Security
Who can see what, and why.
Your research belongs to your workspace, access follows the role someone has in it, and Cernio is careful about the difference between something it found and something it is sure of.
Organisation-scoped workspaces
Your research, scores, leads and follow-up are private to your organisation and accessible to its authorised users. The shared company catalogue contains company identity data only.
Role-aware access
What someone can see and do follows the role they were given in the workspace.
Controlled data boundaries
Company, product and lead information stays with the people working on it.
Public business information
Cernio works from public business information and keeps the context so you can check it. A company's public record — its name, website and location — is held once and reused, so the same company is not researched again for every customer.
Evidence-aware claims
FitScore and the reasoning are there to help you sort a list. They are not presented as facts.
